In Search of England

Originally published in 1927, Henry Morton wrote of his experiences driving around England in his Morris motorcar. His stories evoke a more innocent time when much of England, outside London and the Midlands, was rural and roads and accommodation were basic and unpredictable. The maps to endpapers show his route.
